MEET KELLY ASHTON

Life has a way of steering us down unexpected trails. After a near-fatal accident left me broken—seven spinal fractures, ten surgeries, and a future that seemed impossibly dark—I found healing behind the wheel of Lucy, my trusty Jeep. What began as personal therapy soon became a shared journey, documented through muddy lenses and Instagram captions that resonated with fellow adventurers. Today, WYO Get On Board is more than a brand; it's a testament to resilience, a thriving community of 4,000+ explorers who prove that the best Every scratch on Lucy's paint tells a story—of desert sunrises witnessed, mountain passes conquered, and 1,200+ pounds of trail trash hauled away. We've navigated blizzards in the Wind River Range, forged friendships around campfires in the Red Desert, and discovered that the most challenging trails often lead to the most breathtaking vistas. Along the way, we've learned that adventure isn't about the gear you own, but the spirit you bring—the willingness to get stuck, help others, and laugh when plans go off-road.
